By placing an order or renting equipment from Water Slides Houston Texas (“Company”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:


1. Rental Agreement

The Customer agrees to rent inflatable equipment and/or party rental items from Water Slides Houston Texas under the terms outlined in this agreement.

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate event details including delivery address, event date, setup location, contact information, and rental selections.


2. Payment Terms

  • A reservation fee may be required to secure your event date.

  • Full payment must be completed prior to or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments are processed securely through PayPal.

  • Water Slides Houston Texas does not collect or store credit card or banking information on its website.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.


3. Cancellations & Weather Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least [Insert timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] prior to the scheduled event.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • In the event of severe weather (including heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, or unsafe conditions), Water Slides Houston Texas reserves the right to cancel for safety reasons.

  • Weather-related cancellations may be eligible for a rain check or credit toward a future booking at the Company’s discretion.


4. Delivery & Setup

  • The Company provides delivery, professional setup, and breakdown of equipment.

  • Customer must ensure clear and safe access to the setup location.

  • The setup area must be:

    • Level

    • Free of debris

    • Accessible

    • Within reasonable distance of parking

If the setup area is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, the Company reserves the right to refuse installation without refund.


5. Supervision & Safety

Customer agrees to:

  • Provide constant adult supervision while equipment is in use.

  • Follow all safety instructions provided at delivery.

  • Prevent unsafe behavior including flipping, roughhousing, overcrowding, or misuse.

  • Ensure occupancy limits are not exceeded.

Water Slides Houston Texas is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse, lack of supervision, or failure to follow safety instructions.


6. Equipment Responsibility & Damage

Customer assumes full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.

Customer agrees to pay for any damage, loss, or theft occurring during the rental period, including but not limited to damage caused by:

  • Negligence or misuse

  • Pets

  • Sharp objects

  • Food or beverages inside units

  • Silly string or face paint

  • Fire, smoking, or heat sources

  • Vandalism

Repair or replacement costs will be the responsibility of the Customer.


7. Electrical & Water Requirements

Customer agrees to provide:

  • A dedicated electrical outlet within safe distance of the setup area.

  • Continuous water supply for water slide rentals.

  • Adequate space for setup.

Failure to provide required utilities may result in cancellation without refund.


8. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Customer acknowledges that inflatable equipment involves inherent risks.

By renting equipment, Customer:

  • Assumes full responsibility for all participants.

  • Accepts responsibility for any injuries or damages occurring during the rental period.

  • Agrees to release and hold harmless Water Slides Houston Texas from liability for injury, damage, or loss resulting from use of rented equipment, except in cases of proven gross negligence.


9. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Water Slides Houston Texas from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of rented equipment.


10. Prohibited Items

The following are strictly prohibited on inflatable units:

  • Shoes

  • Sharp objects

  • Food or drinks

  • Silly string

  • Face paint

  • Pets

  • Smoking

  • Fire or heat sources

Violation may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.


11. Service Area & Delivery Fees

Water Slides Houston Texas proudly provides rentals throughout Houston and surrounding areas including Katy, Cypress, Sugar Land, Pearland, Spring, Pasadena, Humble, Missouri City, and The Woodlands.

Delivery is free within a 15-mile radius of our primary service location.

Locations beyond 15 miles will be subject to an additional delivery fee based on distance and logistics. Any applicable delivery fee will be communicated prior to confirming your reservation.

Water Slides Houston Texas reserves the right to decline service to locations outside its standard service area.


12. Agreement Acknowledgment

By placing an order, making payment, or accepting delivery, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
